Classroom teachers, higher education faculty, and community-based educators have the opportunity to use the Museum as a viable and exciting educational resource. Our highly trained staff provides clear, concise information about contemporary art and demonstrates multiple ways to utilize visual art in the teaching space. These opportunities can be found through our Group Tours, Teaching with Art and our “How Fresh Are You?” lecture series. We can also tailor something specifically for your teacher group, so contact us if you would like to collaborate. Our sessions make for great team building activities!

Teachers will:
- view contemporary art
- work collectively with other teachers
- develop critical thinking skills
- participate in writing and/or hands-on activities
- discuss ways to link visual art to other disciplines
