MOCA celebrates Black History Month:
- FREE ADMISSION to current exhibitions
- ART 21 Film featuring African American Artist: Kerry James Marshall
- Artwork by local African American Artists: A.B. Jackson, Adam Parker & The Artist Dollner
- Children's activities in ARTLab
- Family Fest is 2-4pm: Interactive painting stations inspired by The Artist Dollner's "Best Friends"
- Story Telling in the galleries by the Virginia Beach Public Library
- Guided Tours at 1pm & 3pm
